My Weekly Review
Once you have clear goals tracking progress weekly helps improve focus and increase confidence.
Here are the 7 questions I use:
What did you commit to achieving in the last week?
What was the reality?
What did you learn?
What are you working on next week?
What exactly needs to be achieved for you to feel happy with progress? [Next week's commitment.]
What obstacles need to be handled?
What is your mini-plan?
Close of play on Friday is a good time to set up this regular weekly review. It takes about 45 minutes using a question and answer format. You can do it as a self-reflection exercise, or with a buddy. Most of the time will be spent figuring out new strategies to overcome obstacles, then integrating those into your master plan.
